Still have my backless chair and use it just about everyday.
😂😂 some things never get old. Your practice can always use the chair for a hand or other various support. At any age it’s a keeper and go to. ❤️🙏🏻
The triangle was more challenging than expected. I had to use two Yoga blocks on top of each other an even then it was intense.

Dear Anandhi, one can start headstand at any age. It’s not really based on age but your physical ability. Your practice should be built from the ground up. Standing poses, arm mobility and strength, I.e. downward dog, chaturanga, handstand. Make sure you can move your shoulders down, pressing the forearms to the floor.
